Bear Visits the Craghoppers Office!

Monday 26th January was a very exciting day for all those in the Crags office, we took some well deserved time out of our hectic day to meet and greet the man of the moment Bear Grylls.

We have watched his TV show intently as he finds his way out of sticky situations and are positive that we would now be well equipped to ensure our survival in the most treacherous of conditions. This was our opportunity to shake his hand (and what a firm handshake it was!) and ask the man himself all those questions that we have been dying to know.

We asked you, his fans, what you would like to ask him and chose 4 of the best questions. Here they are:

Fay Capstick asked: When you are cold and tired and away from home, what is it that motivates you through those tough situations and keeps you going to reach your goal?

Bear answered: My Christian faith and my family. I keep a laminated picture of Shara and the boys always in the sole of my shoe!

Marlon France asked: I was curious to know if you've ever thought of doing your own adventure feature, or animated movie?

Bear answered: Both are in production!

Steven Aderhold asked: Where will your adventurous career be at in the next 5 to 10 years?

Bear answered: Hopefully peacefully on a very remote island, with my kids and Shara, with no snakes or crocodiles anywhere nearby!

Gareth Graham asked: Which Craghoppers item is your favourite and why?

Bear answered: Expedition trousers, they are mossie repellent, sun screened and stretchy in the right places for the climbing I do!
